Quando a Dor Precisa de Cura e Nรฃo de Escapes 

Muitas vezes, a maior distรขncia que percorremos nรฃo รฉ para longe dos outros, mas para longe de ๐’รณ๐’” ๐’Ž๐’†๐’”๐’Ž๐’๐’”.

Vivemos numa era em que รฉ mais fรกcil publicar uma “vida feliz” do que admitir que o mundo interior estรก a desabar. Criamos uma vitrine perfeita, enquanto, nos bastidores, a realidade grita por ๐œ๐ฎ๐ข๐๐š๐๐จ, ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐งรงรฃ๐จ ๐ž ๐š๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐š.

O ciclo รฉ quase sempre o mesmo:

Quando a dor aperta, em vez de olharmos para dentro, procuramos refรบgios.
Vรญcios, excessos e escapes momentรขneos tornam-se o nosso “penso rรกpido”.

Mas o problema de um penso rรกpido รฉ simples:

When Pain Needs Healing and Not Escapes

Many times, the greatest distance we travel is not away from others, but away from ๐’๐’–๐’“๐’”๐’†๐’๐’—๐’†๐’”.

We live in an era where it is easier to post a “happy life” than to admit that the inner world is collapsing. We create a perfect showcase, while behind the scenes reality cries out for ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž, ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐ฉ.

The cycle is almost always the same:

When pain tightens, instead of looking within, we seek refuges. Addictions, excesses and momentary escapes become our “quick fix”.

But the problem with a quick fix is simple:
it does not heal the wound — it only hides it while it festers underneath.

The normalization of what is harmful:

Toxic environments generate toxicity.

When we experience harmful behaviours daily, the brain begins to accept them as “normal”. We start living in a ๐’ƒ๐’Š๐’‚๐’”๐’†๐’… ๐’“๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’•๐’š, where our perception of what is healthy becomes distorted.

The truth may be hard, but it is necessary:

Entertainment is not therapy.
Venting to friends does not replace professional support.
Running away from yourself only makes the road back longer.

It takes ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ ๐ž to let go of escapes and seek help.

It takes courage to look at the wounds and treat them at the root, instead of merely covering them up for the world to see.
