Boogie & Brunch is coming to Lisbon, Portugal
It’s a monthly gathering, a co-creation by Linus Eliasson @eliassonlinus & Miriam Adler @miriamadler (from @lalunafamily )
that brings our beautiful community together in a spirit reminiscent of the joyful celebrations small villages had back in the days. Just as those communities would come together with markets, musicians, and dancing, we too create a space for connection and joy.
We invite you on an intentional journey inward. Bring your full presence before we flow into the social vibe.
Our gathering begins with a Sacral-chai ceremony, beautifully guided by Miriam. During this time, we reflect on our current challenges and the energies that shape our month.
We engage in meaningful rituals that transition us into a vibrant dance, filling our home with movement and laughter as we dance throughout the kitchen and living room.
In the heart of our gathering, our chef prepares a delicious brunch, infusing it with the spirit of our community and using locally sourced ingredients. Once we close the circle, we gather around the table to share this nourishing meal, deepening our connections and rejuvenating our spirits for the day ahead.
