Na Descodificação Biológica (ou Biodescodificação) e nas abordagens de Leis Biológicas (conhecidas através do estudo de Ryke Geerd Hamer), o sintoma é interpretado como uma resposta do cérebro a um conflito emocional involuntário e não resolvido.

Quando ocorre um sangramento nasal (epistaxe), o corpo combina o simbolismo da função do nariz com o simbolismo do sangue:

1. Conflito de "Faro" ou Perigo Iminente (Nariz)

O nariz é o órgão do odor, do faro e da perceção do território.

• Intuição de perigo: Corresponde à sensação de "isto cheira-me mal", "Sinto que algo de mau vai acontecer" ou "não consigo engolir/aceitar esta situação".
• Perda ou invasão do território: Dificuldade em "respirar" o próprio ar ou em ter o seu espaço respeitado dentro do grupo, da família ou do trabalho.

2. Conflito Relacionado à Família e Laços (Sangue)

O sangue representa a vida, a alegria, a vitalidade e, muito especialmente, os laços de sangue (o clan / a família).

• Pressão no seio familiar: Sentir que precisa "limpar" ou equilibrar o ambiente familiar.
• Lágrimas não choradas: O sangramento nasal é muitas vezes visto simbolicamente como "lágrimas de sangue" ou uma libertação física de tristezas, mágoas e tensões retidas que não foram expressas através do choro convencional.
• Validação/Reconhecimento: Sensação de não ter sido visto ou reconhecido pela família ou figuras de autoridade.

A Fase do Sangramento (Fase de Solução / Vagotonia)

Na Descodificação Biológica, a hemorragia nasal surge frequentemente na fase de resolução do conflito (PCL - Pós-Conflitolise):

1. Ativação: Perante o stresse ou a ameaça, os vasos da mucosa nasal podem contrair-se ou sofrer micro-ulcerações sem dor nem sangue visível.
2. Resolução: Assim que o perigo passa, a situação se resolve ou a tensão emocional descarrega, a mucosa volta a vascularizar-se com intensidade para reparar os tecidos, levando ao rompimento dos capilares e ao sangramento nasal. O sangramento representa a libertação da pressão.

Perguntas para Reflexão Pessoal

Para identificar o evento associado a este sintoma, é útil analisar o que aconteceu pouco antes do sangramento:

• Senti que alguma situação "cheirava mal" ou representava um perigo para mim recente?
• Ocorreu alguma discussão ou tensão na minha família/clan e agora recuperei a calma?
• Guardei alguma tristeza ou raiva sem a exprimir verbalmente ou através do choro?

Biological Decoding (or Biodecoding) and in approaches based on the Biological Laws, known through the work of Ryke Geerd Hamer, a symptom is interpreted as the brain’s response to an involuntary and unresolved emotional conflict.

When a nosebleed (epistaxis) occurs, the body combines the symbolism of the function of the nose with the symbolism of blood:

1. Conflict of “Instinct” or Imminent Danger (Nose)

The nose is the organ of smell, instinct and the perception of territory.

Intuition of danger: This corresponds to the feeling of “something smells wrong,” “I feel that something bad is going to happen,” or “I cannot swallow/accept this situation.”

Loss or invasion of territory: Difficulty in “breathing” one’s own air or having one’s personal space respected within a group, family or workplace.

2. Conflict Related to Family and Bonds (Blood)

Blood represents life, joy, vitality and, very particularly, blood ties (the clan / family).

Pressure within the family: Feeling that one needs to “cleanse” or restore balance within the family environment.

Uncried tears: A nosebleed is often interpreted symbolically as “tears of blood” or as a physical release of sadness, hurt and accumulated tension that has not been expressed through ordinary crying.

Validation/Recognition: A feeling of not having been seen or acknowledged by the family or by authority figures.

The Bleeding Phase (Resolution Phase / Vagotonia)

In Biological Decoding, a nosebleed is often understood as occurring during the resolution phase of the conflict (PCL — Post-Conflictolysis):

Activation: In the face of stress or threat, the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa may constrict or undergo painless micro-ulcerations without visible bleeding.

Resolution: Once the danger has passed, the situation has been resolved or the emotional tension has been released, the mucosa becomes highly vascularized again in order to repair the tissue, which may lead to capillary rupture and a nosebleed. Symbolically, the bleeding represents the release of pressure.

Questions for Personal Reflection

To identify the event associated with this symptom, it can be useful to reflect on what happened shortly before the bleeding:

• Did I feel that a situation “smelled wrong” or represented a recent danger to me?
• Did an argument or tension occur within my family/clan, and have I now returned to a state of calm?
• Have I held onto sadness or anger without expressing it verbally or through tears?

Note: Biological Decoding is a complementary model for interpreting emotional somatization. Frequent, prolonged or heavy nosebleeds always require medical evaluation and follow-up by an ENT specialist in order to rule out clinical causes (such as hypertension, severe dryness, a deviated septum, or vascular/coagulation disorders).
