Estimulaรงรฃo do Peristaltismo:
A temperatura morna ajuda a relaxar os mรบsculos do trato gastrointestinal e estimula as contraรงรตes naturais (peristaltismo) que facilitam a evacuaรงรฃo.

Hidrataรงรฃo Eficiente:

Raspar:

Nota:
ร‰ importante que a รกgua esteja morna e nรฃo a ferver, para nรฃo agredir as mucosas do esรดfago e estรดmago.

1. Tongue Scraping (Jihwa Prakshalan)
During the night, the body works to eliminate toxins. Many of them accumulate on the tongue in the form of a whitish or yellowish coating.

Digestive Hygiene:
Scraping the tongue right after waking up (before brushing your teeth or drinking water) removes these toxins instead of re-ingesting them.

Taste and Digestion:
Cleaning the taste buds improves the perception of flavors, sending clearer signals to the brain and stomach to produce digestive enzymes.

2. Warm Water (Ushapan)
Drinking warm water on an empty stomach works like an “internal bath”.

Peristalsis Stimulation:
The warm temperature helps relax the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract and stimulates natural contractions (peristalsis) that facilitate bowel movement.

Efficient Hydration:
Warm water is absorbed more easily by the body than cold water, which can cause a “shock” and constrict the blood vessels in the stomach.

Residue Cleansing:
It helps dissolve food residues and fats that may remain in the digestive tract, preparing the intestines for the first meal of the day.

How to perform the ritual correctly step by step:

Scrape:
Use a copper or stainless steel tongue scraper. Gently scrape from back to front about 5 to 10 times.

Rinse:
Rinse your mouth with water and then brush your teeth normally.

Drink:
Drink about 200ml to 400ml of warm water. You may add a few drops of lemon if you do not have gastric sensitivity.

Note:
It is important that the water is warm and not boiling, so as not to irritate the mucous membranes of the esophagus and stomach.
