fica muitas vezes sozinha 

Estabelecer limites não é algo muito aplaudido.

Às vezes não traz abraços, traz distância.

Não traz aprovação, traz silêncios.

Mas uma mãe que ama verdadeiramente compreende, com o tempo, algo essencial:

nem todos os vínculos se mantêm quando deixas de agradar.

E está tudo bem.

Porque educar não é agradar.

Amar não é permitir tudo.

E proteger nem sempre te deixa rodeada de pessoas.

Há mães que ficam sozinhas não porque falharam,

mas porque escolheram fazer o que era correto,

mesmo quando doeu.

Reflexão:

Talvez não estejas sozinha…

apenas estás a ser corajosa.

often ends up alone 

Setting boundaries is not something that gets much applause.
Sometimes it doesn’t bring hugs, it brings distance.
It doesn’t bring approval, it brings silence.

But a mother who truly loves understands something over time:
not all bonds survive when you stop pleasing others.
And that’s okay.

Because raising children is not about pleasing.
Loving is not about allowing everything.
And protecting doesn’t always leave you surrounded by people.

There are mothers who end up alone not because they failed,
but because they chose to do what was right,
even when it hurt.
