O Perigo do "Cocktail" e o Ego Espiritual
A Linha Tรฉnue entre a Expansรฃo e a Psicose
- Psicoses e Despersonalizaรงรฃo: A perda do contacto com a realidade prรกtica.
A Medicina Psiquiรกtrica e os Mรฉtodos Naturais
1. A Base: O Corpo Fรญsico
- Alimentaรงรฃo Consciente: Nutrir o corpo para estabilizar a mente.
2. A Mente: Disciplina e Foco
- Meditaรงรฃo: Aprender a observar a dor sem fugir dela.
- Presenรงa no Mundo Real: A espiritualidade deve ajudar-te a lidar com a vida, nรฃo a fugir dela.

The Illusion of External Healing: Between the Sacred and Escapism
In my consultations, I have observed a growing and concerning phenomenon: the trivialization of sacred medicines such as Rapรฉ, Sananga, and Ayahuasca, among others. What were once tools for profound spiritual healing and connection with nature are now being turned by many into daily, irresponsible "cocktails."
The Danger of the "Cocktail" and Spiritual Ego
Many people use these substances as a crutch to get through daily life. The indiscriminate mixing of these elements does not create enlightenment, but rather an escape from reality. This gives rise to the Spiritual Ego: the person believes they have reached a higher level of consciousness due to the experiences they have had, but in practice, they are increasingly distant from their essence and the real world.
"Spirituality that takes you away from your human responsibility and sanity is not evolution; it is escapism."
The Fine Line Between Expansion and Psychosis
This unfounded and unsupervised use is creating fertile ground for:
- Psychological Addictions: Dependence on the "trip" to feel good.
- Anxiety and Panic Crises: The nervous system becomes overloaded by stimuli it cannot process.
- Psychoses and Depersonalization: Loss of contact with practical reality.
Psychiatric Medicine and Natural Methods
The same pattern is observed with prolonged use of psychiatric medication without a lifestyle change plan. Taking a drug (or a plant) without using natural methods such as meditation, yoga, physical exercise, and conscious nutrition is merely putting a quick bandage on a wound that needs to be properly treated.
No substance, no matter how sacred, can replace the discipline of daily routines and the hard work of looking inward without crutches. True enlightenment is reflected in how we handle the challenges of the real world, not in how often we escape from it.
Guide to Mental and Spiritual Hygiene
This guide focuses on the importance of grounding your energy in the real world and avoiding dependence on substances or emotional escapes.
1. The Foundation: The Physical Body
- Conscious Nutrition: Nourish the body to stabilize the mind.
- Physical Exercise: Essential for releasing excess mental energy and anxiety.
- Daily Routines: Setting regular times to wake up, eat, and sleep brings security to the nervous system.
2. The Mind: Discipline and Focus
- Meditation: Learn to observe pain without escaping from it.
- Yoga: Union of body and spirit through presence.
- Therapy: A safe space to address the root of problems without "quick fixes."
3. The Spirit: Connection Without Crutches
- Beware of the Spiritual Ego: Experiences do not replace character and maturity.
- Presence in the Real World: Spirituality should help you deal with life, not escape from it.
- Responsible Use: Medicines and drugs should be occasional and never a crutch to function.
Note: True healing comes from the inside out. May you take a daily journey of accountability — remember that the energy you radiate is the same energy reflected in the world. If your world is in chaos, shift your focus: look inward and ask yourself, “What do I need to change?”
